Summer has arrived (and with it, the heat!) — but your workout doesn't have to stop. It just needs to transform. Do you know that feeling when your body doesn't respond the same way when it's hot? With a few simple adjustments, you can maintain (or even improve) the quality of your movement — respecting your body and your rhythm. Here are 4 simple but powerful tips: • Drink water frequently — before, during, and after your workout. And if you want to add a special touch, try adding fruits or aromatic herbs to your bottle. • Focus on the right times — early morning or late afternoon are ideal to avoid the most intense heat and help your body respond better. • Choose conscious and fluid movements — the heat encourages you to slow down, so prioritize sequences that respect your rhythm and breathing. • Allow space for recovery — gentle stretches and deep breathing help regulate energy, improve sleep, and avoid that feeling of exhaustion at the end of the day. If you want a summer plan tailored to you — whether pre-, post-partum, or just functional movement — send a message. Women Body Lab is here to support you with balance and intention. Even on the hottest sunny days
