Sharing an excerpt from one of my favorite books "Wherever You Go, There You Are" by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I discuss the practice of the walking meditation as explained in the book and expound on it with another form of walking meditation as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh to children at Plum Village. Then it's just going over how I've modified the practice to incorporate mantras, playing with the breath and even using it during stressful situations as illustrated here when shopping in a crowded store.
