People have been asking me where I’ve been teaching and whether I’m teaching regularly and the answer is, not really.

At the moment, I’m only teaching one weekly class on Wednesdays @aethosclublisbon and a weekly session @palaciogovernador every Tuesday 10:30.

The reason is simple: right now, I’m deeply dedicated to other projects, which naturally take time away from a more regular teaching schedule.

That said, I’ll be also offering my annual 200h Yoga Teacher Training this year for those who wish to deepen their practice of Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga starting on June 21.

Its open to all and advised to continue the practice with your current teacher afterwards.
