Precision and Flow Yoga is a methodology that focuses on alignment and fluidity of movement. It is a dynamic practice that works with movement and breath. Precision and Flow Yoga is adaptable to all levels and is suitable for all practitioners.

Cancellation or rescheduling of this class can be done at least 3 hours in advance to allow for rescheduling. With less than 3 hours' notice, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule, and you will lose that class. Thank you for your understanding, but this allows us to respect the work and time of our teachers.
