This 45min intensive practice is designed for practitioners to progress their arm balance postures in a gradual systematic approach.
Have you plateaued in your arm balances? Struggling to break into new areas of balance? You want weekly inspiration to try new challenges and perhaps you’re tired of practicing solo?
This is for you!
Working on three key aspects of joint function:
1. Range of motion
2. Strength
3. Stabilisation
If you are looking to progress postures such as Pinchamayurasana (forearm stand) and Adho Mukha Vrikshasana (Handstand) this is your weekly intensive progress training. These postures tend to need a little more focussed attention, repetition and a progressive load bearing approach than what is normally found in a standard yoga class.
Whether you are new or a seasoned balancer, come along and have some fun together. Practice is progress
