I am Portuguese, sagittarius, born in Lisbon in 1991, deeply passionate about nature, philosophy, and freedom. From an early age, I devoted myself to Art, Music, and Yoga - a trinity through which I express the essence of my being.

At the age of seventeen, I began my journey with Yoga, a practice that has remained at the center of my life ever since. Yoga became my path of healing, transformation, and growth, offering me the tools to reconnect with my essence and remember the power within.

I completed a six-year Traditional Hatha Yoga training of 6,500 hours and have been teaching regularly in Portugal since 2013. I am an eternal student of life, and Nature is my greatest teacher.

Living in Ericeira for the past seven years, l've been working with the local community through regular Yoga classes, Sound Journeys, Ceremonies and Workshops on Pranayama, Mantra, Intuitive Painting, Earth Pigments, and more. Other projects / created: The Hearthist ;

Each Yoga class is a sacred journey of purification and alchemy, moving from the physical to the subtle, from the body and mind to the Heart.
