Sofia is an experienced yoga teacher, certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500+). She teaches yoga and learns from it.

Her training in clinical psychology inevitably brings a psychotherapeutic component to all the work she does.

Her greatest desire is to provide, through yoga, a welcoming and safe space where everyone can embark on a sincere journey of self-exploration and self-knowledge.
