I'm a yoga teacher based in Lisbon, Portugal. My journey began in 2012 in Hong Kong, where I balanced a career in marketing with a growing passion for yoga. Over time, I was drawn to explore yoga beyond the physical—embracing it as a way of life. Having experienced its benefits daily and during both my pregnancies, I’m passionate about guiding others to find balance and well-being through breath, movement, and meditation. I truly believe yoga can transform lives.
