Embody Her is an experience beyond words. It is a feeling.

The immersion of softness and strength. A reminder of what it feels like to be fully alive in this body, on this earth, in community.

It is embodiment. It is stillness. It is the invitation for meeting those parts of us that we tend to hide in the busyness of everyday life.

Embody Her is vulnerability. It is being seen as the woman you truly are in a circle of women that all meet in their full authenticity.

We don’t say this lightly, but Embody Her has a fierce yet totally pure energy that is going to change the way women live all around the world.

Embody Her is not a retreat; it is a portal.

Our concept is based on embodied therapy, a doorway for you to find your spark not only in your light, but especially in your shadow.

You will be guided as an intimate group of women through Somatics, Circles, Stillness, Nature Connection & individual Therapy Sessions.

It is a week of courageously stepping out of what you have labeled to be comfortable, and in that energy you will rise, and you will Embody Her.
