Rediscovering the joy of sequencing again after a bit of an in-between year of teaching for me! I moved to Portugal 6 months ago without anything lined up, and for a while teaching yoga lived more in the background of my life. But I’ve slowly and organically been finding my way back to sharing the practice I love ☺️ This is a little steal-my-sequence mandala flow, and also a way of saying “I’m teaching again!!” Big thanks to all the OG’s and all the new faces that have joined me *albeit sporadically* on the mat this year! I’m excited for what 2026 has to bring
