Yoga Life

Most of us were never taught how to feel anger — only how to suppress it. To stay quiet. Smile. Be nice. Hold it in. But anger is not bad. It’s not dangerous. It’s mobilising energy. It rises when your boundaries are crossed, your truth is denied, or your body says: “No. Stop. Enough.” And when that energy has no safe place to go? It turns inward. Into jaw tension. Shut-down. Exhaustion. Resentment. Or a lifetime of saying “I’m fine” when you’re not. Somatic breathwork offers a space where anger can move. Not in destructive ways — but in safe, embodied release. So you can stop holding it in, and start living with power, clarity, and self-respect.
