Come play and work (hard) on strengthening and stretching to improve flexibility on splits (both Side and Front splits), backbends and forwardbends. It’s an OPEN LEVEL intensive, that everybody can join. Get ready to use a combination of floor-barre, gymnastics and yoga exercises, providing you an intense, effective and sweaty stretching/mobility workout. Recommended/suggested equipment: yoga mat, yoga blocks and resistance band.
