More importantly than what container or modality we use to work together, fundamentally what I want you know about my work is this… My role is to help you come more into contact with yourself. To meet yourself beyond limiting beliefs, masks, adaptations and programming that no longer serves you. My role is to help you feel safe enough within yourself to meet the parts that have been hidden and forgotten. So whether you wanna come and scream in a dark room to techno, or if you’re more suited to a chat and a cup of tea - I don’t mind. I just can’t wait to meet you.
