Controlling the mind isn't easy; it wasn't easy for me, and it still isn't. Thank God, life conspired in my favor and brought Yoga to me. ✨ Yoga practice helped me come back to myself, to look within, it taught me to be still, to calm down. To feel a state of presence and groundedness in the Now, not in what has already happened or what is yet to happen. It also taught me not to judge myself and to realize that there's nothing wrong with being vulnerable. It taught me that I can walk towards what I want to transform, but that I must accept what cannot be changed.
