A moment for embodying our presence, allowing mind, body and breathe to come together. In this session we went through restorative poses for opening up the body and bringing a sense of lightness. Sound and Yoga when practiced together, they become a powerful tool for the integration of the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental body. With softness and precision we become more receptive and sensitive.
