Yoga is so much more than physical postures (āsanas). In fact, they were among the last practices to become part of this ancient tradition. In the photo, the practice of Nāḍī Śodhana - alternate nostril breathing - which helps balance the body, mind, and energy. At the end of every session, we always take time for the more subtle practices: mindful breathing (prāṇāyāma), meditation, and chanting.
