There is life before and after the awareness that Contact Improvisation brings. For me, it came very strongly 33 years ago! Since then, this feeling has inspired my whole life. Today I work with and share practices that support both contact and improvisation, trust and surrender, falling and flying, always rediscovering more about myself and about us, after all, Contact Improvisation is about Life, it's always happening.
