35 minutes class with yoga teacher Mary Verkuyl is a short impression about Satyananda style yoga. The practices are gentle and suitable for all ages and abilities. The class consist of asana, a short pranayama and yoga nidra. As a note remember that we have different bodies or body conditions. What is easy for one person might be difficult for the other and the other way around. Practice within your limits and abilities so you can benefit and enjoy. It's your personal journey!
