Learn to use and recruit muscular energy as you move, flow and connect with your body, so that you can ultimately feel a deeper connection and understanding of how good your body feels when you draw in and strengthen, ultimately feeling bodily centered and more deeply connected at the heart. Muscular Energy is the second UPA (Universal Principle of Alignment) from the Anusara yoga school, and this well aligned yoga practice is fabulous yoga therapy.
