This class is a mix of stillness and movement, Hatha and Vinyasa, with a focus on alignment and breath.

Variations for beginners and regulars are offered, so all levels are welcome! The class will consist of breathwork (pranayama), poses (asanas), and a short guided meditation (yoga nidra). The goal is that you leave the mat with a little more peace than when the hour started.

Please bring your own mat and any props you may need
