A slow Sunday to move, breathe, reflect & create.

We’re bringing you 75 minutes of vinyasa yoga (on the roof terrace if the sun is shining), followed by guided spring equinox journaling to ground your intentions.

From that headspace, we’ll move into vision board making, transforming your growth into a beautiful art form and finish with a delicious brunch
