I teach Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Group classes are open to all levels and happen in person in Lisbon. Every class starts with a short meditation before stretching the body.

Then comes a few sun salutations, some sequences of asanas (yoga postures), sometimes pranayama (breathing techniques) and savasana (relaxation) with often some essential oils, neck and head massage.

How long : 1h, sometimes 1h30 with Yoga Nidra

How much : 15€ per person, 20€ with Yoga Nidra.
