Choose the practice that resonates most with your current moment:

Integral: For balance and vitality - Thursdays at 6:15 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM.

Restorative: For deep rest and renewal - Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.

If you live far away and there are no schools near you, online is the option. You only need a yoga mat and internet.
