Join us for an afternoon of nature therapy and artistic exploration! After a guided forest bathing experience where we'll slow down and immerse ourselves in nature using all of our senses, you'll then be invited to explore your inner artist, trusting your intuition to release your creativity on paper (or in your journal). We'll meet in a peaceful and sheltered valley in Santo Isidoro.
