Chico is an architect by training and for several years he practiced Martial Arts. Curious by nature, he was always fascinated by the physical and mental. In 2011 he found yoga, and has since dedicated himself to this path.

After completing his 200h teacher training with the Manu School of Yoga in 2016, and the 200h assisting program the following year, Chico continued to study within the school to become a Certified Precision and Flow Teacher.

Currently, his greatest passion and dedication is in the practice and teaching of Yoga. He believes that nothing is more gratifying than seeing the benefits of the practice and its evolution in his students.

Chico trusts and believes in the path of yoga as a way of life; as a strong tool that has always helped him to find balance in everyday challenges, and to enjoy life in an authentic way.
