Joel Santos is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic therapist with over 4,000 teaching hours. Studying Ayurveda and Yoga since 2000, he regularly trains in India and volunteered at the Research Global Hospital in Mount Abu. Teaching since 2005, Joel combines Yoga, Ayurveda, massage, and nutrition in his holistic approach.
