After the success of the 3 previous editions, we are training teachers and more awakened beings. If you feel the desire to deepen the ancestral benefits of yoga and meditation in your life, this event is for you!

The course is intended for all those who wish to transform their lives in a conscious and grounded way. Whether to become qualified Yoga and meditation teachers, or more diligent practitioners who wish to deepen and evolve in their personal practice.

Through the ancient wisdom of Yoga applied to the present day, practitioners will find tools for self-knowledge, practices for promoting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health; energetic cleansings, expansion of vital energy and consciousness; Regarding one's relationship with oneself and with the laws of the universe, with a view to moksha (spiritual enlightenment and liberation from the cycle of samsara).

Essential topics for the practice and teaching of Yoga: history, philosophy, study of sacred texts, anatomy, physiology, asana, alignment, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, kriyas, mantras, meditation, neuroscience, Ayurveda, different types of yoga, teaching methods, class planning, Yoga for special groups (pregnant women, children and the elderly), among others.

We will have guest teachers to enhance the study and understanding of the course.
