This is the first level of a two-level training program created for yoga teachers who feel called to integrate sound into their classes with clarity, care, and integrity.

Level 1 offers a grounded and conscious introduction to sound as support for savasana, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

Not as performance.

Not as therapy.

But as presence, vibration, and deep listening.

You will explore sound as a subtle ally in your teaching, learning how to create safe, coherent spaces where rest and awareness can naturally unfold.

A foundation for those who value sensitivity over technique and depth over excess, and who wish to continue into Level 2 with clarity and confidence.
