When the mind wanders, acknowledge the thought without judgment and gently return to the breath. You may also scan the body, observing sensations with curiosity and kindness. Practise for 10–30 minutes daily. The goal is not to stop thinking, but to observe without attachment, allowing awareness to stabilise in the present.
