Back in 2010, life gave me a wake-up call, a proper one.

After a health challenge knocked on my door (and refused to leave), I discovered Iyengar Yoga and Vipassana meditation.

Let’s just say the journey from burnout to balance was not instant but wow, was it worth it.

Somewhere between the asanas and the silence, I lost a lot of unnecessary “mind weight” and found a lighter, clearer version of myself.

Realizing that what heals one can often heal many, I created Siila.org, a collaborative wellbeing platform connecting seekers, professionals, and communities around the world.

It started as my therapy, and somehow became everyone’s shared playground for balance, curiosity, and human connection.

Still learning. Still laughing. Still breathing.
