Next Yoga workshop: “ Reviving the energy of spring ”. • As pleasant as the transition from winter to spring is for me, the impact is not completely harmless on the body. Daylight increases, which helps regulate our circadian cycle and clearly improves our mood with increased energy and renewed motivation. However, the change of season can also upset some people, causing fatigue or sleep disturbances, and can also affect the immune system. • Yoga can help us through this transition by reducing stress (tiredness and irritability), improving energy and revitalizing the body to get out of the winter doldrums and support the immune system in its natural process. • While some people like to celebrate the solstice with 108 sun salutations, I prefer a more evolutionary practice, in tune with the body as it unfolds and emerges from hibernation. • In this workshop, we’ll once again use the practice to re-establish a balance between body, mind and breath, through upper-body openings, twists, salutations, inversions... #yoga #yogaworkshop #yogasunday #yogaalignment #yogaiyengar #yogaasanas #virabadrasana #yogagirl #yogateacher #professeurdeyoga #yogalisboa #yogalisbon #yogalisbonne #yogaenfrançais #yogainenglish #yogapractice #yogaforeverybody
