Asanas are an invitation to listen and feel, instead of forcing. It is through mindful attention to the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the subtle sensations that we learn to be present. Instead of fighting against limitations, we welcome what the body wants to tell us. The body speaks through discomfort, lightness, and tension. This practice is a form of inner connection, where each posture becomes a dialogue between body and mind.
