Yesterday was Yoga Day. Lots of movement, lots of energy. Open classes, synchronized breathing, 108 circles, beautiful mats. Yoga today is fast, convenient, and understandable. This is great. It has become closer, and more people are diving deeper. I want to remind you: yoga doesn't require a date. It doesn't ask for a stage, music, or perfect lighting. It doesn't need the most beautiful costume. Your breath and intention are enough. Yoga isn't something on the outside. It's a way to be with yourself: to see, to listen, to not run away. To stay. At least for a second—really. Where silence appears—even within the action— that's where the practice begins.
