Emotional blockages form when we couldn’t fully feel what needed to be felt – because it was too much, too fast, too soon… or because no one said, “It’s okay to feel this.” ✨ Emotions are energy in motion. If they don’t move, they get stuck. They become tension, restlessness, numbness, or a deep tiredness we can’t explain. Your breath is a bridge. A way back to what’s waiting to be felt – and released.
