Kundalini is not random. It comes to those who are ready. Ready to release what was never theirs. Ready to meet the truth beneath the noise. You may cry without knowing why. You may laugh, tremble, or lie in stillness. But beneath all of it, your soul remembers. It remembers how it feels to be alive, to be fully present. This energy is not just powerful, it is intelligent. It knows where to go. It knows what to show you. And it brings only what you are ready to see. This is not force. It is alignment. You don’t need to chant. You don’t need to perform. You don’t even need to try. But you do need to allow. When you stop trying to control the experience, something deeper takes over. It is not something the mind understands. It is something the body recognizes. The pulse of creation begins to move. Sometimes loud. Sometimes soft. Always perfect. To surrender is to trust. To listen deeply. To let the energy move through you, not from will, but from grace. There is nothing to force. No outcome to chase. Just the quiet knowing that what rises from within is already sacred. Nothing is missing. Nothing is broken. There is nowhere else to be but here. This is your invitation to take full responsibility for your life. To act from your truth. And to trust that if this practice has found you, it is because you are ready.
