Happy International Yoga Day ✨ Today, I pause to give thanks — to all the teachers who have guided me, to the practice that has shaped me, and to the journey that continues to unfold through every breath, every class, every moment of stillness. It’s been nearly 25 years since I first stepped onto a yoga mat in a gym in Munich. I was just a student back then, studying contemporary dance — and yet, something shifted in that first class. I felt my breath for the first time. I felt myself for the first time. And something within me whispered: “You’re home.” That moment sparked a lifelong journey. A devotion to a path that keeps bringing me back to myself — again and again.
