Yoga Life

Nurturing Body, Mind & Heart through Thai Yoga Massage Besides being a Hatha Yoga instructor with a specialization in Yoga and Mindfulness for pregnancy and birth; a doula, a birth photographer and videographer, I have been a Thai Massage practitioner for the last 3 years, with a specialization in supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. I had the privilege of learning with Marjorie Sá (Pregnancy and Postpartum Thai Massage) and Katrin Heuser (Levels 1 and 2 of Thai Yoga Massage), and since then this practice has become an essential part of the care I offer to mothers, families, and anyone seeking deep relaxation and balance. What is Thai Yoga Massage? Traditionally practiced on the floor, Thai Yoga Massage can be received in comfortable clothes, or in underwear with oil, depending on the client’s comfort and needs. Both approaches invite the body to relax, release tension, and restore energy. Through gentle pressure, stretches, and flowing movements, the body is guided into a state of deep rest—like a dance that flows naturally between me and the client. Beyond easing muscles and joints, Thai Massage also works with the body’s energy channels (Sen Lines), helping to restore vitality on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
