One thing that I love about teaching yoga, is the beauty of exploration, of tuning in, to stop for a moment, in this case 1h and focus on you and your baby. In that space we have a theme and intention that we take through different aspects. The different techniques start to sink in. We gain trust, stamina, vitality, empowerment, confidence and strength. (I can say much more but you get it) That's why I think that is important, it is important to connect to the body, to be present, to open yourself to feel the sensations, the flow of thoughts, and how each technique helps us to come back. Birth is the life force that brings us to the very present moment but the mind can trigger us and how we can learn to come to the center, to lose control to surrender. If you want to know more
