✦ THE HISTORY OF YOUR BREATH ✦ Let me share something you might not have thought about... The way you breathe today, right now, was shaped a long time ago. We learn how to breathe from the people around us when we’re little. Family, school, friends... even the tension in the room can leave a mark. And even now, years later, that pattern might still be running in the background, like you're breathing through the lens of the past, not the present. It doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. It just means your body REMEMBERED! And the beautiful part? If you create enough space and silence, you can begin to notice, you can start to shift it. You don’t have to keep stepping into the same old patterns, you really can breathe a new story. Because when we begin to listen to the breath, it shows us not just where we've been, but how we can grow beyond it.
