1. Is meditation only for calm people? NO. Does your mind never stop racing? Meditation is just for you! The more agitated your mind, the more necessary meditation becomes. 2. What to do when I can't stop thinking? Thoughts during meditation? Perfectly normal. The trick is to observe them without attachment. Let them pass and just observe. 3. How long do I need to meditate to feel the results? One minute a day already makes a difference. Try it. 4. Do I need a special space to meditate? No. What matters is doing it. 5. What is the best time to practice mantras and meditation? The best time is what works for you. But mornings and before bed are magical times! 6. Can meditation help me sleep better? YES! Slow breathing + a gentle mantra can be the best remedy for insomnia. 7. Do I need to sit in the lotus position to meditate? No. You can start sitting in a chair or on a sofa. 8.
