In these sessions we will practice stillness through a sequence of postures that will be held for a few minutes, at a slow and tranquil pace, accompanied by various instruments and frequencies that facilitate meditative states and deep relaxation.

An invitation to slow down from the increasingly demanding pace of daily life. An opportunity to be fully present in our body and mind. A deep dive into our essence and a rediscovery of the tranquil equanimity, always present and accessible, within each of us.

The number of places is limited by the space and materials available. Participant selection will be based on the order of registration, through completion of this form.
