This month in class, we will be mostly… WINTERING !

Honoring this time of the year for the season that it is, i.e. a time to care deeply for our body, to restore, reflect and cozy up, without rushing into the so-called new year.

Nature is still in hibernation mode, and so should we.

So this January, no resolutions, no “new me”, but showing up as we are, and practicing by listening to our true needs.
