A passionate seeker of spiritual and philosophical wisdom, he discovered Yoga in 1996 and has since dedicated over 20 years to its study and teaching. With a background in History and Archaeology, he founded the Queluz Yoga Center in 2003, aiming to share the transformative power of Yoga. His journey also embraces practices like Tai Chi Chuan, Vedic Astrology, Ayurveda, Pranic Healing, and Postural work, reflecting a deep and holistic approach to body, mind, and spirit.
