Liliia Zakharova é a mais recente professora de Yoga Iyengar® certificada em Portugal pelo Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute.

Iniciou a sua prática como aluna de Yoga Iyengar em 2017 com Sol Viegas, que desde então acompanha, em aulas e workshops, como professora assistente, tendo também, vindo a frequentar as aulas e workshops com Elsa Santos.

n my hardest moments, I always turned to spirituality and found answers there. It helped me a lot. A spiritual view makes me stronger and calmer.

But at the same time, I remember: we came here to live this human life.

Now I feel a balance between the earthly and the spiritual. Between the material world and that part of me that loves to fly into the cosmos

And this is why we practice yoga — not to escape life, but to enter it more deeply.
