Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga, originated from a Sanskrit word Hath which means being forceful. While practicing the technique practitioners must get slowly and deliberately into specific asanas, poses that challenge strength and flexibility, while focusing on the breath and staying mindful. Hatha yoga doesn't necessarily mean applying extra force beyond your comfort level. Following this traditional old Yoga Practice, you learn to challenge your body, channelize the energy, and focus on breathing. Hatha Yoga Practice involves bending, squeezing, twisting, and balancing one's body, while laying significant emphasis on breathwork. This Yoga Practice is known to calm the mind, body, and spirit, and prepare the practitioners for meditation.
