Kundalini meditative technique originates from Kundalini Yoga and focuses on moving energy within the body. The human body comprises seven key chakras, energy (or Sushma) passes, and diffuses through the Chakras and ultimately gets released through the crown chakra present above our head. An unobstructed flow of this energy leads to complete well being. Massive energy is situated at the base of the spine popularly known as root Chakra. Kundalini yoga and meditation help practitioners realize and release this massive store of energy. The form of meditation helps establish a deeper communication with our mind and body. The technique helps relieve physical, spiritual, and mental challenges. The practice is considered intense, and deeply gratifying.
