AUM yoga meditation is also called Aum yoga and Aum. It is fixing of the mind on the sound of the mantra Aum - the sacred syllable that both symbolizes and embodies Brahman, the Absolute Reality - as the mantra is constantly repeated in unison with the breath. AUM is the highest sacred symbol in Hinduism. The word is so much powerful that this single word can produce powerful positive vibrations which allows you to feel the whole universe.
